Shipping & Delivery Policy – Haus of Sahara

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

UK Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days of purchase.

Once dispatched, please allow up to 7 working days for standard UK delivery.

Express Shipping

We offer express UK shipping for £5.99.

Express orders are prioritised and are expected to arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on the day and time your order is placed.

Please note that express shipping does not necessarily mean your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders still require our standard 2–4 working day processing period, although we will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days of purchase.

Once dispatched, international orders typically take 7–14 working days to arrive.

Some destinations, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and certain islands or remote locations, may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Haus of Sahara does not cover customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers may be contacted by their local courier or customs authority to arrange payment of any applicable charges before delivery.

We recommend checking your country's customs and import requirements before placing an international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where tracking is available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.
