Refund & Return Policy – Haus of Sahara

At Haus of Sahara, we take pride in the quality of our products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lip products or earrings, unless an item is faulty.


Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hausofsahara@gmail.com with a photo of the item showing the fault and your order number.

Once verified, we will arrange a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.


Non-Faulty Items

Lip products, earrings, and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to appear in your account.
